2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new hosting accounts. If you are not completely satisfied with our hosting services within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees.
Eligible for 30-Day Guarantee:
- Web Hosting Plans (Starter, Basic, Business)
- WordPress Hosting Plans (all tiers)
- Cloud Hosting Plans (Startup, Professional, Enterprise)
- VPS Hosting Plans

3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services and fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Domain Registrations & Renewals: Once a domain is registered or renewed, the fees cannot be refunded as these are permanent transactions with the registry.
- SSL Certificates: All SSL certificate purchases are non-refundable once issued.
- Setup Fees: Any one-time setup or installation fees are non-refundable.
- Administrative Fees: Administrative processing fees are non-refundable.
- Add-on Services: Additional services such as backup services, security add-ons, and dedicated IP addresses are non-refundable.
- Services Outside 30-Day Period: Hosting fees after the initial 30-day period are non-refundable.
- Renewal Payments (after 7 days): Renewal payments requested after 7 days from the renewal date.
4. Service Cancellation
4.1 How to Cancel Your Service
You may cancel your services at any time through:
- Client Area: Log in to your account and submit a cancellation request
- Support Ticket: Open a support ticket requesting cancellation
- Email: Send cancellation request to billing@fadahosting.com
4.2 Cancellation Processing
Upon receiving your cancellation request:
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours
- Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will receive a final confirmation email when the cancellation is complete
- All data will be deleted within 30 days of cancellation unless you request an earlier deletion
4.3 Auto-Renewal Cancellation
To prevent automatic renewal charges, you must cancel your service at least 24 hours before your renewal date. You can disable auto-renewal at any time through your Client Area.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period:
- Log in to your FadaHosting Client Area
- Navigate to Support > Open Ticket
- Select "Billing" as the department
- Provide your reason for the refund request
- Submit your ticket

6. Refund Processing
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Bank Processing: Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
7. Renewal Refunds
Refund requests for renewal payments must be submitted within 7 days of the renewal date. After this 7-day period, renewal fees become non-refundable. We recommend reviewing your renewal dates and disabling auto-renewal if you do not wish to continue using our services.
8. Abuse & Violations
No refund will be issued if your account has been terminated due to:
- Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
- Hosting of illegal or prohibited content
- Abuse of server resources or network
- Spam or bulk email violations
9. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds or service credits at our discretion. This includes:
- Extended service outages beyond our SLA guarantee
- Billing errors on our part
- Technical issues that prevent use of purchased services
