3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must keep your account information up to date
• You must not share your account credentials with third parties

4. Acceptable Use Policy

• Network Attacks: Conducting DDoS attacks, port scanning, or other network attacks

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing and Billing

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Services are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle
• All payments are non-refundable unless covered by our Refund Policy

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and other methods as displayed on our website. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

5.3 Late Payments

Services not paid within 7 days of the invoice due date may be suspended. Accounts suspended for non-payment for more than 30 days may be terminated, and all data may be permanently deleted.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation. This guarantee excludes:

• Scheduled maintenance periods
• Force majeure events
• Problems caused by customer actions
• Third-party service failures

7. Data and Backups

7.1 Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload to our servers. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

7.2 Our Backups

While we perform regular backups of shared hosting accounts, these backups are for disaster recovery purposes only. We do not guarantee the availability of backups for individual account restoration. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups.

8. Intellectual Property

The FadaHosting website, brand, logo, and all related content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FadaHosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• The cost of substitute services
• Any matter beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FadaHosting and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you host on our servers

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

• Violation of these Terms or Acceptable Use Policy
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent activity
• Request from law enforcement or government agencies
• Extended periods of inactivity

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FadaHosting operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
